HOME SWEET HOME!!!!!!!

Ahhh, feels so good to finally be back home, really missed my two-shades-too-pink and untidy room, dunno why kept thinking about it... Not that i didn't have a good time in KL and Bukit Tinggi, coz this trip was one of the best trips i had... Only stayed at Bukit Tinggi for one day, though... Visited a Japanese Tea House, where you can rent a kimono and take part in an authentic japanese tea ceremony, but didn't do so as would be a waste of money since didn't have camera with me... Also visited botanical garden, although there wasn't much to marvel at except an 8-inch-long milipede that got me screaming... Went bowling and played snooker at Sports Complex, stupid cue ball kept getting stuck and wouldn't come out when it fell in the holes, so the deposit for it (RM 10) was forfeited... twice somemore... Played Daytona with Kit and two cousins, got last as hadn't played it before...

Xin Wei didn't come along as he wanted to join his friends in their celebration upon winning 3rd place for the under-15 category in the Inter-State Scrabble Competition held in Berjaya Times Square during the weekend... Wanted to join but didn't think it'll be too convenient (somehow i don't think me hanging out with 14 guys would be very appropriate) was a bit jealous though, as they went ice-skating and had a lot of fun there, not to mention the cute guy i saw at the Scrabble competition was there (he's one of the organizing committee, his mom was the overall person-in-charge) Sigh, not fated lar...

Tommorrow morning got english tuition, so can't stay up... Not that there's anything worth staying up for, since cannot sign into MSN and got no interesting show on TV... Am going to watch Bridget Jones's Diary 1 and 2 during the week, anyone keen on joining me? Have a lot more movies I have yet to watch, like Divergence, Initial D, Madagascar and many more...

Feel so relaxed now the exams and the concert is over... Concert was a very very big sucess, A LOT of parents were there, as in so many there wasn't even enough places for them to stand... Choir musical was the "grand finale" and we did pretty well, although it was really really scary when on stage... Seriously thought my legs were gonna collapse and i'll have a lovely bruise on my forehead to show everyone as my "souvenir" from the concert...Mummy and Daddy were there to see the performance, Daddy watching me perform for the first time so he was quite impressed :)

Then went to Lavender for a nice lunch, after the concert... Then Wei Wen came to our table to say hi, what a coincidence oh? after that went home, Dad wanted to take a rest before leaving for KL, so only left around 2.30 pm... Reached about 6.30 at my aunt's house, cousin already had friemds over for his gathering, so had tno peace at all... Watch Star Wars with them and they kept making stupid jokes about the movie, so was pretty fun... then cousin cut the cake and i became waitress of the day, serving all the lazy guys who wouldn't budge from their seat... but was pretty interesting gathering, had fun although i was the only gal there... Now they all are finally leaving, so have the computer to myself finally...

Not going to post much, am very tired after all the excitement today...

Finally the papers are completely over, but still as stressed... until 12 pm tommorrow anyway, after the 80th Anniversary concert is over... Was sooooooo very busy today decorating the hall AND choir practice, where i look like Dutchlady wannabe... But the hall looks great, and everything is more or less settled so all we can wait for is showtime... Won't be able to catch the concert though, as those in the musical are required to stay in the classroom at all times, since it supposedly takes 5 hours to put on our costumes and make-up... A bit irritating acctually, since the point of going tommorrow is to catch the concert which will totally rock, since it's us organizing it, hehe... So, am just going to sit in a classroom with around 30 people i don't talk to with only my handphone as the only thing keeping me sane when all my friends are downstairs having the time of their life and my parents squinting to see the performances... Perfect, it's just how i wanted to celebrate one of the last concerts i'm goona be attending in this school before graduating...

At least the exams are over, so it's one hell of a thing off my mind, until the results come back... last paper was Add Maths, which took 4 and a half hours for 2 papers, which caused nothing but misery, a lot of stress, waste of time and stationery, not forgetting causing a terrible pain in my neck... lucliky the PJ paper was cancelled, spending hours memorizing basketball court measurements isn't exactly how i want to spend my Friday... As if the day wasn't tiring enough... After all the decorating and practsing, went over to Tasha's place for a quick shower, then had to go for Chemistry, and realize i forgot my papers then just ended up staring at teacher very very blankly... Came home exhausted, but still have to pack stuff for trip up to KL to see wei's competition and attend cousin's birthday gathering... By the way, am going up to Bukit Tinggi, wherever that is instead of Cameron Highlands... Tasha's leaving for Hong Kong for some retail therapy after all the exam related stress struck her... Jayne's leaving for Cambodia, for charity work, ad is gonna miss the concert of which she was head organizer, poor thing...

Okie, that's it for today, me gotta go sleep now if i wish to wake up in time tommorrow to go to school before 6 for choir practice without looking like a panda...

Finally got through this week, now only left Accounts on Tuesday and Add Maths on Thursday before can really really celebrate... But now already very happy, since finished all the subjects which require a lot of memorising, am not going to worry about how tired i am going to be on Monday due to 2 tuitions and choir day camp... Am just going to be in denial and think about what i'm going to do during the holidays, namely going up to KL to see my brother compete in the MATTEL Scrabble Finals in Berjaya Times Square , followed by my cousin's birthday gathering (any suggestions on what to buy?) and then going up to Cameron Highlands... Hmmm, seems like 2 weeks isn't enough... Everyone seems to have loads of plans for this holidays, must give ourselves a break (and a Kit-Kat) after a month of stress...

Went out to celebrate the end of the long and stressful week, and also to collect my free lunch... Went over to tuition a tad early, pretty fortunately it seems, since it started pouring the minute got into class... Was really sleepy in BM, as couldn't get what teacher was saying, so just ended up copying without knowing what i was writing... Couldn't take a nap because (a) Seat was right at the back of the class and right in front of window where the admin clerks love to look into and check on us and (b)Teacher's voice was too loud i couldn't have slept for more than 2 minutes before being jolted awake by voice stated above... Only product from 2 hours of tuition was a Darth Vader drawing on my BM paper by Andrew and an Ewan McGregor a.k.a. Obi-Wan Kenobi on my testpad... Oh, and discussing pictures of celebrities i should get, like Daniel Wu, Edison Chen, Stephen Fung and Johnny Depp in Pirates of the Carribean... and also deciding on what movies to watch during the holidays, Star Wars Episode 3:The Revenge of the Sithbeing among the top few, along with Madagascar, The Interpreter, Initial D (!!!!)and many others...

And then a hero comes along
With the strength to carry on
And you cast your fears aside
And you know you can survive
So when you feel like hope is gone
Look inside you and be strong
And you’ll finally see the truth
That a hero lies in you

No. of papers taken: 14

No. of papers left to take:10

No. of subjects taken: 6 2/3

No. of minutes spent attempting to pull out hair/ tear books in half/ punching pillow/ abusing brothers: uncountable

No. of minutes spent studying: uncountable too but definitely less than those spent on violent activities

No. of times fantasized about how to spend holidays: every bloody minute spent studying

Am supposed to be studying right now, but what the heck, who cares what someone did sometime in the not very distant past? if you still don't get what is it i'm talking about, HISTORY IS AN EVIL SUBJECTas it requires us to keep memorizing facts until we become mindless drones which upon hearing the name of someone in history like Alexander the Great would immediately start on history facts about him and how he comquered many countries like... you get the drift.

The second week of exams was... deadly. Not only was there Physics and Moral, we had to be tortured with 2 biology papers on Friday the 13... only thing fun about the week was when the few of us helped teacher tend the shop and sold the 80th anniversary button badges and T-shirts, which I the blur gal kept refering to as Christmas Concert shirt, causing many juniors to stare at me bewildered wondering what the heck were we thinking, selling christmas shirts in May...

Anyway, was feeling better after the paper since two thirds of one of the toughest paper was over... Went to Plaza Pelangi before tuition on Friday to buy something for Puan Emilda, on account of it being Teacher's Day next Monday... Then headed to tuition to find that the classroom had been renovated, the air-conditioning being the first thing I noticed, since i tought we had gone through some magic door which transported me to Alaska... Was freezing in tuition, fingers could not bend to write at all... didn't help that the guys in front were laughing so hard istening to teacher teaching Sabor... Thank God for Fangi and Lin Hui who got me into a conversation about our favourite scenes in Bridget Jones's Diary (1 & 2) and how cute Edison, Jay Chou, Daniel Wu and Stephen Fung (although Lin Hui doesn't like Daniel Wu... sobz)are, which managed to keep my mind of how fingers were going to die and fall off due to the cold temperature...

Weird how tuitions on Friday seem to be what is keeping me sane...

PS : I found my pencilcase... One calculator lost, though...

Lesson i've learnt from today : Hold on to pencilcase as if holding on to gold... More below

Hmmmm, now listening to the radio in the study room, named so as contains 65% of books in the house, the computer, proper and adequate lighting and the perfect place to study in peace, provided the air-conditioning is switched on because it can be very very hot in the afternoon... But you didn't need to know that...

Today was second day of exams, had Physics paper 1 and 2, paper 3 is next Wednesday... Paper 1 was pretty okay, but made one very very careless mistake... Paper 2 was very tough, especially Part B and C, not very good in Respons Terbuka coz didn't practise :P

Finish exams at 12.00 then had to hurry and pack things coz Auntie Grace was already waiting for us... wasn't until i was packing my stuff for tuition that i realised i left my pencilcase with all my stationery inside in the new hall... Worse, my 2 calculators were together with it... Fortunately my I.C. was not in there, but in my purse... Very scared someone would have taken it home and i'll lose 100+ bucks worth of things... that's what the first line was about... Was so frustrated in tuition kept digging my nails in Andrew's hand, which was kindly offered to me... Actually it went more like Andrew: [thrusts hand out] Bite Me . Am now stationery-less, had to borrow Fangi's extremely inky black pen to copy notes... Dunno why nowadays so blur, must be all the studying taking over the whole memory slot of brain, yet can remember just about nothing during exams...

Was really tired in tuition due to exams and all, learning about what Tun Beraim Bapa a.k.a I-wear-loads-of-crappy-stuff-on-me-because-I-think-I-look-damn-good-not-to-mention-gay-guy adorns... Was very suprised the horse he supposedly tamed didn't die due to all that weight that was on him, much less gallop and dissappear into thin air... Soul flying to heaven, more like it... Then in Chemistry teacher had to spend almost an hour explaining Nombor Pengoksidaan all over again to a few people who skipped Thursday's class... Almost fell asleep, then got message from Lin Hui complaining about the idiotic pest in front of her... Seems like Sebastian can take over Tasha as person most commonly called by Mr Lim, teacher kept calling his name coz he was playing with his handphone...

Went home with Tasha who came to wreck havoc in my house... haha, just kidding, she was there for dinner then her mom fetched her back when she came to pick Wei for BM tuition... Then finished reading Fangi's magazine which i forgot to return it before going home... Told you i was blur... Didn't study this whole day, too tired already... Hmmmm, just heard today is No Homework Day in the States... How come we on't have it here?! could do with such a day, at least once a month... Heeheee...

Hmmmm, birthday is in less then 25 hours, but not feeling happy at all... SPEC(Scrabble Players of English College) already taking advantage of my birthday, coz can buy shirts from Giordano at 20% discount if buyer's birthday is in May... Posting this so everyone will be witness to fact that SPEC should be indebted to me...

Today's song is one of my current favourite sung by josh Groban...originally sung by Lara Fabian, but his cover is very very lovely and soothing... Extremely good piece to listen to when relaxing... haha, sound like music critic...

I'll let you go
I'll let you fly
Why do I keep on asking why
I'll let you go
Now that I found
A way to keep somehow
More than a broken vow

Tell me the words I never said
Show me the tears you never shed
Give me the touch
That one you promised to be mine
Or has it vanished for all time
